Potty Independence

Now that Jillian is potty-trained, she likes to do it all by herself. We'll hear her say "I have to go potty" and then she'll take off running for the bathroom, without asking us to help her. She'll put on her little ducky seat and drop her drawers, and then get herself up on the toilet (with or without the step stool). If Daddy comes in to ask if she needs help, Jillian will say "you need to go in the living room". Apparently, she likes to have her privacy. After she's done, she takes care of clean-up with the toilet paper and pulls up her pants (though sometimes she comes shuffling out of the bathroom with her pants around her ankles, asking for our help). And her favorite part, of course, is washing her hands (or playing in the water) in the sink.

Mommy and Daddy are very happy with their little Sweetie-Pie, and the timing couldn't be better with another little hunny bunny on the way.
